Questions Every Christian Parent Must Answer
Gen. 33:5b ....... Who are those with thee? And he said, The children which God hath graciously given thy servant.
Our children are a gift from God. The Christian parent bears an accountability to God that an unsaved parent does not face. Here are questions every Christian parent must answer:
- Have your children heard you pray, and in your prayer, heard you calling out their names to God?
- Have your children heard you read the Bible to them?
- Have your children seen you pay your tithe to the Lord, placing it in the offering on Sunday?
- Have your children seen you go to the altar presenting your life more completely to the Lord?
- Have your children heard you tell them how you came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour?
- Have your children seen you giving out Gospel tracts, seeking the salvation of the lost?
- Have your children heard you give a clear presentation of the Gospel to an unsaved person?
- Have your children heard you tell someone how much your church means to you?
- Have your children heard you tell each other of your love for one another?
- Have your children heard you express gratitude to God for His blessings on your life and family?

This is awesome and I am very thankful that I can say yes to each one of these!
It is very true that every Christian Parent should be asking himself/herself these questions continually.
