Questions Every Christian Parent Must Answer

Gen. 33:5b ....... Who are those with thee? And he said, The children which God hath graciously given thy servant.

Our children are a gift from God. The Christian parent bears an accountability to God that an unsaved parent does not face. Here are questions every Christian parent must answer:
  1. Have your children heard you pray, and in your prayer, heard you calling out their names to God?
  2. Have your children heard you read the Bible to them?
  3. Have your children seen you pay your tithe to the Lord, placing it in the offering on Sunday?
  4. Have your children seen you go to the altar presenting your life more completely to the Lord?
  5. Have your children heard you tell them how you came to know the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour?
  6. Have your children seen you giving out Gospel tracts, seeking the salvation of the lost?
  7. Have your children heard you give a clear presentation of the Gospel to an unsaved person?
  8. Have your children heard you tell someone how much your church means to you?
  9. Have your children heard you tell each other of your love for one another?
  10. Have your children heard you express gratitude to God for His blessings on your life and family?

It is very true that every Christian Parent should be asking himself/herself these questions continually.
